Every "Topic Map Application" (ontology) definition must declare:
- Any "included" Topic Map Applications.
- These may or may not impose additional disclosure
requirements.
- Any additional disclosure requirements that this Topic Map
Application may impose on Topic Map Applications that "include" it.
