Terminology
- "Subject"
- "...Any thing whatsoever, regardless of whether it exists or
has any other specific characteristics, about which anything
whatsoever may be asserted by any means whatsoever." (ISO
13250)
- "Topic"
- (Let's just avoid using this term for now. It would only cause confusion.)
- "Reifier" or "Subject Reifier"
- A set of properties (values with disclosed names, types,
semantics, etc.) that acts as the surrogate or representative of
a subject.
