This doesn't look much like the topic screen we just looked at. What we're looking at, here, is bunch of a topic screens, the subject of each of which is a paragraph in an IRS publication. Each "topic screen" shows the IRS paragraph, and all the topic screens are rendered in the same order that the paragraphs appear in the IRS publication. In other words, collectively, these topic screens constitute a rendition of an IRS publication. But they are still topic screens. At the right of each one is a list of all the abstract subjects of which the paragraph is an occurrence. Navigation is offered to the other occurrences of the each of those abstract subjects.
