Here we're disclosing something about the ontology that defines the properties of this particular reifier: this ontology regards the "Name" property as a Subject Identity Property. That probably means that this reifier's subject, and the subject of another reifier, must be regarded as being the same if the other reifier also has a "Name" property whose value is "Statue of Liberty".
