Communication and Community:<BR>
A community that is not free to adapt the ways it communicates - how it knows what it's talking about - is either dying or dead.<BR>
So what?<BR>
If the focus of information-sharing activities is to control how communities communicate, then those activities are destructive.<BR>
Radically subject-centric information makes such control unnecessary.  Information can be shared more efficiently and compellingly without such controls.<BR>
